These Terms govern use of littlelumenli.shop and purchases from littlelumenli, operated by Arcus Biosciences, Inc.

Eligibility and responsible use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or appropriate authorization to act for the purchaser.
Provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping information. Keep account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized activity.
The website must not be used for fraud, unlawful conduct, infringement, malicious software, or unauthorized access.
Product listings and order formation
We take reasonable care to provide accurate descriptions, prices, and availability. Screen differences do not excuse goods that fail to match their description.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt acknowledges submission; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch unless we expressly accept earlier.
If a material error or availability issue affects your order, we will explain the available options. We will not substitute goods or increase the price without agreement. Payments for purchases we cannot fulfill will be promptly refunded.
Prices, shipping, and taxes
The checkout identifies the currency and total payable before payment.
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal exceeds US$30 after discounts. Orders of US$30 or less carry the shipping charge displayed at checkout. Any equivalent threshold in another currency will be disclosed before purchase.
Applicable sales taxes, VAT, import duties, and necessary customs clearance charges are included in the disclosed total or paid by us. Customers do not bear additional tax or import charges beyond that total.
Contact us if a carrier requests an unexpected charge so we can arrange payment or reimbursement.
Delivery commitments
Paid orders normally dispatch within 2–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 20–45 calendar days after dispatch.
We disclose the delivery estimate before purchase and obtain agreement to longer delivery periods where required. If dispatch is delayed, we will explain the revised estimate, cancellation rights, and refund options, obtaining further consent when legally necessary.
Returns and refunds
Our voluntary return service permits free return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery. Refunds generally appear within 3–7 business days after issuance, subject to payment provider processing and mandatory deadlines.
Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights relating to cancellation, faulty goods, inaccurate descriptions, or other mandatory consumer protections.
Website materials and external services
Store materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Personal shopping and other legally permitted uses are allowed. Other uses requiring permission must be authorized by the relevant rights holder.
Third-party services may apply their own terms. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.
Liability and applicable law
Any limitation of liability applies only where permitted by law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
California law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory protections available in your place of residence. This provision does not remove access to courts available under applicable consumer law.
